What this website does
The Specialty Care Pharmacy website is informational only. It shows our medication catalog, prices, hours, and contact information. We do not accept orders, payments, or prescriptions through this website.
What we collect through this website
Nothing that identifies you, with one exception: if you submit a "Request a medication" form and provide your email address, we record only the medication you asked about and your email — solely so we can let you know when we add it to our catalog. Email entry is optional.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard request logs (timestamps, IP addresses, page paths) for security and reliability. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policy.
What we do not do
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers, ad networks, or remarketing pixels.
- We do not sell or share your information with marketers.
- We do not place cookies for analytics that identify you personally.
- We do not process Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website. All prescription handling, patient records, and HIPAA-covered activity happens at the pharmacy through our existing pharmacy management system.
When you contact us
When you call, text, email, or visit the pharmacy in person, our pharmacy is a HIPAA-covered entity and handles your health information according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the pharmacy.
